You received the wrong item, or

Your item is defective, and you can provide clear video evidence

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

You must submit video proof of the issue

To initiate a return, email us at support@alientekvapes.com with your order number and video evidence. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Once your order is shipped and in the hands of USPS or UPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

If your package is lost in transit, you must contact USPS or UPS directly and file a claim.
We do not handle claims on your behalf for lost packages.

We do not ship orders on weekends.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

We do not offer exchanges once an order has been shipped.
If you need a different product, please place a new order. If your original item qualifies for a return under our policy, we will process it accordingly.

Alien Tek Vapes will not be held responsible or liable for any injury, damage, or defect, permanent or temporary that may be caused by the improper use of a LI-ION battery. Please have a basic understanding of the batteries you are using and how to care for them properly. We are not responsible for manufacturer specifications, changes, production delays, or instructions issued by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer with any questions regarding the specifications or use of merchandise.
